Responsibilities

• Handling redemption queries / requests from existing borrowers / law firms
• Co-ordinate with external solicitors and internal customers to obtain the documentation for mortgage redemption, registration of charge etc.
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. solicitors to facilitate completion of mortgage documentation) to ensure timely completion of redemption.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high level of operational control and compliance with no occurrence of operational errors with financial loss or customer impact
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and contribute to process and system enhancements
• Assist with the review of and update of procedures and guides
• Participation in ad-hoc projects involving digitalisation, enhancements to operational processes & systems, migration as well as other ad-hoc projects / assignments / tasks that can be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Entry level or Diploma holders with 2 or 3 years of relevant banking working experience in mortgage loan documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and communicate with people at various level
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, specifically in Microsoft excel
• Focused, organised and result-oriented with a keen eye for details
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure to produce accurate results to meet deadlines

Job Description

• Acquire and build a strong network of customers for auto loan products mainly block discounting, Floor Stocking and direct facilities
• Develop new portfolio with an aim to achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling and referral development
• Achieve individual sales revenue targets
• Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma level
• 1 to 3 years of proven track record in banking/ finance industry with relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of the automotive industry
• Preferably with an established network of business contacts and strong ability to source and generate leads independently
• Good understanding of financial analysis is preferred
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter and team player

• Perform the role of Chief Cashier
• Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ Loan Receipting

• Perform Teller’s duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry will be an advantage
